Direct Hire is when a company engages Hind in the recruiting, screening and qualifying process to fill a job opportunity. There is no cost to the client or the candidate during this process. If the candidate is hired, the client will pay a fee based on a pre-determined percentage of the candidate’s first year salary.
Temporary Hire is when a company engages Hind to fill a short-term or long-term need with one of our own contract associates. Each month, we pay our associates via direct deposit. The client benefits by having immediate, skilled staff and the candidate enjoys the invaluable experience of the job.
Temp-to-Perm is a great situation for a job opportunity with an immediate need while providing flexibility and a “trial period”. The client selects a candidate through interviews or resumes in similar fashion to direct-hire. However, the candidate remains an Hind employee until a decision is made to take the candidate onto the client’s payroll.
